1.Please consider carefully before ordering, no cancellation of order is allow at any point of time.
2.Please clear all doubts before ordering.
3.All payments are to be made to our POSB account within 48hours after ordering. We have the right to cancel off any order after the dateline.
4.We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery. All payments are to be transfer to us by Inter-Bank Transfer by the given dateline.
5.All items are under the condition that it's pre-ordered from the suppliers. Waiting time varies.

7. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the order is received.
8.No orders will be made if no payment is received by us.
9.There will be a chargeable handling fee that varies according to the material and weight. (e.g. Should there be any fragile materials like crystal etc. air-packed carrier would be necessary. Therefore additional charges would be imposed on consumer.) 10.Modes of delivery available are Normal Mail and Registered Mail. (a)S$1.00 for Normal Mail. (b)S$2.70 for Registered Mail. 11.We will send out the item according to whatever information provided to us. Should the item be send back because of wrong information provided, re-send of item will be at additional postage cost. 12.If multiple item is bought at the same time and one/more item(s) is out-of-stock, we will wait till all items to arrive and send out the items. 13.All items will be mail out within 48 hours after their arrival. 14.Strictly no refund/exchange will be allowed. 15.Buyer should obey and follow the Terms & Conditions for our promotion and discount items/activity. 16.Strictly no bargaining.
